As Director at REPERA you are responsible for the overall coordination of various client projects (stakeholder management, team development & resource management, etc.) with a strong focus on acquisition and business development. You support your clients in all issues related to optimizing their operational business performance - across processes, technology, products and organization.

As a (Senior) Consultant at REPERA, you will take responsibility for project design, process and results in a customer project. We actively support you in your steep learning curve while you work in the project team on topics to optimize the operational business performance - via processes, technology, products, organization. As part of REPERA you will have the opportunity to get involved in the company's development and define its future focus.

Your tasks:
  • Responsibility/leadership function for customer projects in close cooperation with the responsible persons on the customer side, consolidation of the different sub-projects
  • Coordinate project teams, drive definition of actions and identify alternative solutions
  • Support the customer from initial screening, through analysis and solution development to implementation
  • Implement the solution together with the customer far beyond the sole concept development
  • Enable the customer to sustainably anchor solutions in the company (e.g. through training and coaching)

We are looking for part-time support in the area of team assistance/back office. Our back office ensures that the advisory teams are in the right place at the right time and that our internal processes run smoothly. As a young company, there is still a lot of potential for development in the administration and we are looking forward to support who actively defines processes and gives us structure internally. Taking responsibility and making decisions independently is also part of the daily work routine.
